Summary
Twelve years designing, with the last eight-plus across complex B2B SaaS. Platform design across regulated industries, AI governance, and the enterprise admin surfaces inside Atlassian. Currently Head of Product and Design at Properti, where we shipped Agent Grader end-to-end. Previously Atlassian (Lead, P6) and Fathom. Looking for Head of Design or Principal IC roles where design leadership, AI-native delivery, and the craft of shipping all sit inside the same job.
Selected impact
- Agent Grader, Properti (2026). Properti’s first self-serve product. Agents sign up free, see how their social presence compares to others in their patch, and get an AI visibility view of where they show up in LLM search. Built on a structured store of real estate social data we’re growing to feed the franchise-level products Properti already sells. Soft-launched at TechFest Sydney with roughly 30% of the room signing up, with some follow-on interest from investors and other vendors. We’re now working on the infrastructure to run it sustainably.
- HIPAA BAA Eligibility, Atlassian (2023 to 2025). Unblocked $50K+ in revenue from regulated healthcare customers. Hardest single-workstream revenue number in my portfolio.
- Atlassian Intelligence (2023 to 2025). Rovo MAU from 20K to 60K. Atlassian Intelligence enablement +8.43%. +3.4% OKR lift on AI admin enablement (8.8% vs 5.4% baseline), delivered via Default-On and UGC Data Governance after the AI Access Rule feature was cancelled.
- Fathom Forecasting (2019 to 2021). Senior Product Designer on the three-way forecasting product. Patent filed. Launched January 2021. Post-launch: 46% MoM new customer revenue growth, $100K MRR added in Q1, 5,000+ forecasts created.
Experience
First dedicated product and design leader at Properti, joining after five years of founder-led delivery. A lot of the early work has been shared with the exec team: figuring out how product decisions get made, what good looks like when we’re shipping platform and features at the same time, and how AI-native delivery fits inside that. Agent Grader is the first product we’ve built end-to-end through those new habits.
- Agent Grader. Properti’s first self-serve product. Agents sign up free, see how their social presence compares to others in their patch, and get an AI visibility view of where they show up in LLM search. Soft-launched at TechFest Sydney with roughly 30% of the room signing up, some follow-on interest from investors, and a few other vendors in the space taking notice.
- Wider strategy. Properti has always sold into offices and franchises on long sales cycles, with no direct relationship to the individual agent. Agent Grader is the first step toward that: free value up front for the agent, a paid tier once pricing lands, and a data layer that rolls up into the franchise-level tools Properti already sells.
- AI operating system. Built the context layer, event pipeline, decision log, and living CLAUDE.md that carry my product and design work day to day. It’s held for me. The parts Agent Grader was built on have held for the team. The rest I’m coaching other exec leaders into their own streams rather than rolling out top-down.
- Product operating model. Rebuilt the instrumentation layer so we could see what was happening in-product. Dashboards went from two to eleven, event capture moved from untyped to typed across the taxonomy, and we agreed a three-person approval gate for anything shipping through it. Cross-team adoption followed.
- Design system. Twenty-two pages of tokens, components, motion, and voice, documented as living HTML. Honest scope: it’s carried my own work and Agent Grader, and hasn’t been rolled into the wider Properti platform yet.
- Other internal work. Designed the end-to-end sales quoting flow on the existing Stripe and HubSpot stack. Built a renewal report that segmented 463 offices into activation tiers so the sales team knew who to call first. Helped the COO work through a support operations restructure after a six-month ticket audit. Proposed a three-phase onboarding model that the leadership team adopted.
